What I Eat in a Day
Trying to eat a healthy diet when I have been a faddy eater all my life hasn’t always been easy. I’ve used food for comfort and exercise wasn’t always the most important thing. But things change, so what and how do I consume to stay healthy after 60? Here are my 3 tips for eating healthily but still enjoying your food.

Bras v Bralettes
So many of us ditched our bras during lockdown, and what a huge relief it was, especially if you have heavy, pendulous breasts like mine. When I was in the office every weekday pre March 2020, the first thing I would do when I got home would be to free my chest and let everything hang out.
Since we’ve been mostly working at home for the last eighteen months or so, bras have not been worn in this household on a regular basis, but now that I’ve started going out a little more as well as wanting to look just a bit more put together on Zoom, I decided it was time to look for a bra that was supportive but super-comfortable. Enter the “bralette”.

6 Tips for Thinning Hair
I’ve never had thick hair. It wasn’t exactly thin, but in the days when we used to wash it once a week, by the 5th day it was so greasy my ears would be poking through! But recently I started to notice rather a large amount of hair was collecting in the shower tray and also in my hands when I ran my fingers through it after applying conditioner. And when I started to notice what looked like bald patches at my hairline, I thought it might be time to consult the GP.

How I Got Rid of My Dandruff
Dandruff – it’s been the bane of my life since I hit puberty, and it’s continued well into my fifties and beyond. I’ve tried countless ways to rid myself of this irritating condition, and it’s only in the last couple of years that I’ve finally found a way to tame it.

Beauty Empties – Summer 2021
Some of these were great, others not so much. My review of all 12 is on my YouTube channel, and to give you a heads up, this little beauty was definitely up there! [dssb_sharing_buttons...
